Many thanks to all the players that came out for today’s event. It was a great turnout and a great time.
The champion title goes to Carmel Salinas, defeating Chris Priest for 1st place; Carmel on Burn and Chris piloting his classic Jeskai Control.
The other two seats in the top four were taken by Jon Parker on G/W Eldrazi Stoneblade and Isiah Muralles on Tron.
The tournament was streamed live today with Dustin Hollar and guest commentator Patrick Priest providing coverage.

With the conclusion of this tourney we now start the new Quarterly Invitational season, with the next tournament set for Saturday January 29th of next year. So get in here for all our modern events this season; every 3-0 win counts and this seasons tournament will have even more prizes!

Since were talking about getting as many modern wins under your belt as possible, its a good time to mention our upcoming Tuesday Modern league, starting next week. The league will be @ 6:00 p.m. every Tuesday. Each 3-0 in the league will count towards qualifying for the invitational. Additionally, a league win guarantees an invite!

Now that we’re talking leagues…..it’s a great time to mention our Monday sealed league that starts next week @ 6:00 p.m., this league being Innistrad: Midnight Hunt. We’ll be running this league shorter than usual because the next set is coming a little sooner than normal so expect a ramped experience; but a great one nonetheless as Innistrad is always a great limited experience.
